Behind every good activity is a team. Employer branding projects often require collaboration between teams, and this is an opportunity to nominate those who have contributed the most to your employer brand.

Fees

Participation in the competition is open for all legal entities registered in the following countries: BiH, Croatia, Hungary, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia to apply for Best Employer Brand Awards Adria.

Each organization can apply for one or more categories, and the applications fees are as follows:

  • 600 EUR fee for application to the first category of your choice

  • 300 EUR fee for registration in each of the following categories (second, third, etc)

For companies that have 50 or fewer employees at the registration date, the application fee is 300 EUR for the first category, and the fees for each subsequent application are the same as above (300 EUR).

For all registrations and payments made until 10.08.2024. until 23:59 the cost of the fee will be reduced in the amount of 15% discount.

 

Payment must be made before the final judging panel deadline (15 November 2024) in order for the applications to be considered valid and evaluated by the judging panel.

The applications can be submitted until 15 October 2024, 23:59 hours.

The winners will be announced and the prizes will be awarded in December. 2024 at Awards ceremony in Zagreb Croatia.

How to apply

Any organization may participate in the competition, provided that it submits an employer brand strategy or the execution of certain employer branding activities and campaigns launched or implemented between June 2023 and October 2024.

Applications should be sent to the e-mail address: bestemployerbrandawards@careercentar.com

One organization can submit multiple projects in multiple categories, so it is even possible to apply the same project/activity in multiple categories.

The application by e-mail should contain:

  • Name of the category for which the application relates (please reach to us if you might need help with this)

  • PDF presentation with the description of the application:

    • description of the activity / campaign,

    • business challenge that you wanted to solve/impact with that activity / campaign,

    • achieved results (where it is possible to state measurable indicators).

    • how it contributed to your employer brand/employer attractiveness/employee experience.
       

  • Attachments such as visuals, photographs, videos, websites, brochures and related materials created with the aim of achieving the objectives of the activity / campaign.

  • Applications should be submitted in English language as we have international judging panel.

 

Each application must be submitted as a PDF file. 

If applying for more categories please submit applications in a separate presentation for each category. Accompanying links, videos, etc. must be included in the same applications via email or embedded in presentation.

All applications must be paid before November 15th 2024 when the evaluation process begins. The judging panel will not review or evaluate projects for which payment has not been made.

Make sure you secure the appropriate rights and approvals for all submitted materials and photos. Careerathand d.o.o. is not liable for any infringements of copyright, trademarks, patents or for objections that may arise as infringement of these rights by the applicant company.

The information provided will be disclosed only to the judging panel, the employees of the organizers on a strictly confidential basis.

The details listed in your applications will potentially be used for press releases, web content, books or professional papers, in case your application is shortlisted and / or won the Award. Therefore, please make sure that all the details are factually correct - the organizer is not responsible for inaccuracies published based on the content of the application and changes may not be possible after publication.

Careerathand and media partners of the project have the right to offer additional promotional packages to companies which will apply for this competition ensuring better public awareness and project communication goals.

By submitting your application, you agree that the name of your company be used in the promotion of awards related to digital communication, as well as for the marketing and promotion of case studies.
