Hrvatski Telekom is our last two years Grand Prix Adria winner, some would think – how would they apply for improvement category? I LOVE AI is an improvement. With this campaign, they successfully introduced AI to their employees as a new best work buddy, a trusted colleague and an ally in their business. They provided them with knowledge, hands on experience, and sparked a genuine interest in AI’s potential.
There are many activities in this program, from communication resources, events, building AI community and developing AI experts, to educational resources and new internal AI tools.

Employee growth is one of the core pillars in dm. All employees have growth opportunities, learning platform and a number of digital and live training programs are available to all employees. A huge number of organizational adjustments and changes to work processes was achieved in improving candidate experience on all touch-points. This included – targeted external communication, realistic job previews, Virtual reality experience, video presentation of the workplace, shorter application procedure, personalized communication, improvement in interview experience, candidate experience questionnaire, improved welcome day and onboarding – all to showcase that the candidate experience is a good example of how LIDL values it's people.

CREATIVE EMPLOYER BRAND ACTIVITY
Intellias
One of the goals was to change the way employees and candidates perceive Intellias - from too perfect and corporate to people-centered and true and make them feel heard and involved.
To show real lives of our people, they have send 70 disposable cameras to their colleagues across different locations. These are retro film cameras that only have 27 shots. There are no filters and no opportunity for deleting or re-taking photos. A perfect way to capture reality – and get our award
